His background spans business transformation, revenue growth, proposition development and strategic partnerships. At Genesis Health, Rick brings commercial discipline, strategic clarity and strong industry relationships, helping build the partnerships and market presence required to scale HealthSpan across employer, insurer and healthcare markets.

Stephen is Co-Founder of Genesis Health with over 20 years’ experience building, investing in and scaling businesses.
