What to expect

A guided journey through six weeks of learning and practice,
followed by four weeks of integration.

Onboarding for HealthSpan

Three weeks before the live programme begins, participants join the HealthSpan Hub, complete their initial HealthSpan Assessment & Score and meet individually with a facilitator.

This establishes a clear starting point, sets intentions and prepares each participant for the journey ahead.

Three practices at the core of HealthSpan

The Golden Triangle combines structured breathwork, time-specific eating and controlled cold-water exposure. Introduced progressively, these practices are designed to work together and integrate into everyday life.

Alongside the Golden Triangle, participants follow a practical nutritional framework designed to reset eating habits and support healthier choices.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to attend the weekly live classes?

The live classes are a core part of HealthSpan, providing education, facilitator guidance, group feedback and support with integrating the practices between sessions. Participants are encouraged to attend each week, but we understand that occasionally missing a session may be unavoidable.

When are the weekly classes?

Classes are held once a week on a weekday evening at 8:00 p.m. UK time. The specific day and full schedule are confirmed before the cohort begins. Weekly classes are held as 60-minute live online Zoom meetings.

How long does HealthSpan last?

HealthSpan includes a six-week core programme followed by two further fortnightly live classes, creating a ten-week participant journey. This last part of the programme is called the “integration period”, which prepares you for continuing your independent health journey after the programme ends.

What happens before the programme begins?

Onboarding begins three weeks before the first live class. Participants receive access to the HealthSpan Hub, complete their initial HealthSpan Assessment & Score, work through an introductory module and meet individually with a facilitator to discuss initial health objectives.

Do I need to do any tests before I start?

No. HealthSpan does not require blood tests or diagnostics before starting. Some participants may choose to arrange their own testing to track changes over time, but this sits outside the HealthSpan programme.

How many people are in each cohort?

HealthSpan cohorts are limited to a maximum of 40 participants, helping maintain an engaging group experience while ensuring appropriate facilitation and support.

Do I have direct access to the facilitators?

Yes. Participants can message the facilitator team throughout the programme and receive support between live sessions. Additional one-to-one support is available where needed.

What will I need to do between the weekly classes?

HealthSpan is a programme focused on the adoption of bite-sized health practices. Participants are introduced progressively to short daily practices and supported to integrate them into everyday life between sessions.

What is the Golden Triangle?

The Golden Triangle is HealthSpan's core system of daily practices, bringing together structured breathwork, time-specific eating and controlled cold-water exposure. The practices are introduced progressively rather than all at once.

Will I need to change the way I eat?

Potentially, yes, depending on your current diet. Nutrition is an important part of HealthSpan. Participants follow a structured nutritional reset designed to remove foods that may undermine health while introducing a healthier and sustainable eating framework. The process is temporary and participants receive guidance and practical strategies to make the transition as comfortable as possible.

Do I need to buy any special equipment or food before I start?

HealthSpan includes a nutritional framework based primarily on whole foods, sourced locally and organically where appropriate. The programme also includes a daily green juice, so access to a cold-press or standard juicer is recommended.

Do I have to fast?

HealthSpan introduces time-specific eating windows, rather than encouraging prolonged fasting. Participants build an understanding of what happens within the body during non-eating windows and the potential health benefits of becoming more conscious of when we eat. Participants progressively work with a defined daily eating window as one component of the Golden Triangle.

Do I have to take cold showers?

Yes. Cold-water exposure is one of the core HealthSpan practices and is introduced progressively throughout the programme. Cold showers provide an accessible starting point, while cold-water baths are also recommended where appropriate. Many participants find the practice less challenging than they initially expect and report positive benefits once they embrace it.

How is my progress measured?

The HealthSpan Assessment & Score tracks key areas of health and behaviour throughout the journey, helping participants understand their progress and facilitators identify where additional support may be useful.

Does my employer see my individual health information?

No. Your information is kept entirely confidential. Organisations receive aggregated insights at the programme level only, showing participant engagement levels, adoption of daily practices and outcome trends. For further information on how individual participant information is managed within the programme, please view the Genesis Health Privacy and Data-handling Framework.

Lasting Behaviour Change

This has been achieved through a sustainable model that I genuinely feel I can continue long term. Instead of feeling like I’m forcing myself into a new lifestyle, I feel like I’m growing into habits that make sense for me.

Health & Lifestyle Change

I feel both proud and excited by the commitment I’ve made to my own health and the results are undeniable. I’ve seen meaningful improvements not only in my wearable data, but in how I feel
every day.

Human Support & Experience

Working alongside the cohort was
hugely motivating. Hearing everyone’s stories and seeing their progress encouraged me. The team were fantastic, always supportive, and attentive to individual needs.
