How it works

A structured model combining live facilitation and digital support

Programme structure

HealthSpan is delivered as a five-week, facilitator-led programme through online cohorts. Participants engage in weekly live sessions alongside structured daily practices, creating a clear and consistent rhythm.

The structure is defined and repeatable across cohorts.

Live &
digital delivery

Delivery combines live facilitation with a structured digital pathway.

The digital platform provides guidance, continuity, and weekday support between sessions.

This model reinforces consistency without replacing human facilitation.

Facilitation & support

The programme is delivered by trained facilitators.

Facilitation focuses on guiding practice, supporting consistency, and maintaining appropriate scope.

Participant engagement is reviewed throughout delivery, with targeted 1:1 support offered where continuity is at risk.

Clinical governance

Delivery operates within a clinically governed framework, with defined scope, professional oversight, and clear referral and escalation pathways.

Governance informs programme boundaries, delivery standards, and responsible positioning within insurer and employer environments.

Measurement & review

Measurement focuses on engagement, behavioural consistency, and participant-reported indicators. Progress is reviewed during delivery to support learning, accountability, and timely intervention.

Following the core programme, optional follow-up support may be offered to support consolidation and continuity of practice.
